Structural Properties of Prepared PANI/TiO2 Nanocomposite by Chemical Polymerization

A progression of Polyaniline (PANI) and Titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared by an in-situ polymerization strategy within the sight TiO2 NPs. The subsequent nanocomposites analyzed using Fourier-transform infrared spectra (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-Ray Analysis (EDX) taken for samples. PANI/TiO2 various compound materials (with H2SO4 0.3 M without it, to compare outcome it) oxidation technique ammonium persulfate (APS) as oxidant ultrafine grade powder cooled in ice bath. Nanocomposites addition with two weight ratios (0.3 0.5 wt. %) during PANI. outcomes showed good collaboration between PANI TiO2. FTIR spectral shows a shift higher wave numbers peaks nanocomposites, due Coulomb force that resulted from interaction SEM results show enwrap polyaniline agglomeration uneven distribution particles can be seen matrix. intensity peak EDX analyses was found appear adding nanoparticles. XRD pattern PANITNCs NPs affected crystallization performance it identified form relatively irregular chain.
